It’s Yae, from Goemon! Always was my favorite character, largely because girl, but also competent and she has a mermaid form for some reason!
Goemon 64 was one of my fave games – not as polished a 3D Platformer as Mario 64, but far, far more ridiculous and insane. Her doing Mermaid things was the least of the silliness.
