Captain Planet’s best villain, Blight! A Mad scientist who’s all about amoral experimentation and careless progress. A horrible plague on humanity, but, aside from a bit of a scar, kinda pretty. In a lesser show, she’d go villain-to-hero as a romance choice, but, naw, she’s just a villain and rotten to the core and I love that for her.
