This was one of my favorite earliest pieces. 2006, wow! The Fairy Spell in Zelda 2 was a simple spell that was pretty much a tool to get to places with flight or go through keyholes. It felt like such a shame the show didn’t play with it, despite playing around with so many other silly transformations. Fairies are very fun, being a size-change, a gender-change, and kind of an animal change, and one is both more powerful with magic stuff, and less powerful with the whole bottling weakness! And, with the Zelda cartoon’s Link being both a good, reliable warrior and a big stupid dumbhead, he’s definitely a character that’d have fun with that spell..
