In Mighty Avengers from 2007, they did a fun story arc where Tony Stark’s Extremis ‘suit’, which is all nanobots throughout his body, is hijacked by Ultron, and he uses it to melt and shapeshift and control Stark’s body, and he chooses this form for it. And it was drawn by Frank Cho! Good stuff, wish there was more around it.
