It’s Guy, from Shezow! A bit of a strange show, for me a bit hampered by its child-directed humor, and relying on some age-old cliches, but one that had a bit of fun with gender and crossdressing and there were some really nice moments here and there. Plus the outfit is pretty frikkin’ bold.
